A leading electrical construction organization is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support large‑scale mission‑critical data center projects. This individual will lead electrical QA/QC and support commissioning efforts to ensure installations meet NEC requirements, project specifications, and client quality standards. The role begins with hands‑on site training in Aiken, SC before transitioning to Charlotte, NC, where the manager will oversee QA/QC for a major data center build. This is a leadership‑focused position for a seasoned QA/QC professional with experience managing teams on complex electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical QA/QC teams on large‑scale construction projects
- Implement and maintain QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards
- Review electrical drawings and single‑line diagrams
- Track deficiencies, corrective actions, punch lists, and turnover documentation
- Coordinate with project management, field leadership, and commissioning teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of electrical QA/QC experience
- Prior experience in a dedicated QA/QC Manager role
- Experience leading and managing QA/QC teams
- Strong electrical construction background
- Experience supporting large‑scale construction projects
- Knowledge of NEC and electrical single‑line diagrams
- Strong documentation and process‑driven mindset
