Job Description:
Insight Global’s client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. The PM will be responsible for administering the day-to-day site financial and operations matters for different properties of the quick service restaurant sites.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
- Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors (Landlords, contractors, professional services)
- Reconcile and work on collections of debt.
- Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements
- Communicate with Landlords, Franchisees, and external vendors on a variety of real estate matters which arise in day-to-day operations
Salary : $20 - $35
