Compensation: $40-$47/hour
Duration: Contract position through October 31st, 2026 with the possibility for extension through 12/15 depending on guidance from the client.

- Active PMP or similar project management certifications.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar PM tool.

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will support, oversee, and facilitate a large project with a significant number of deliverables. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule and meet the conditions of the grant deliverables. The Project Manager serves as a liaison among internal departments, providing consistent communication, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational excellence. There are thousands and thousands of documents this team will review, and you will facilitate the process to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely, accurate manner.
You will oversee a team of 5 Document Reviewers in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project tasks, anticipate potential barriers, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables to ensure 100% of curricular supports are completed according to established timeline.
- Provide weekly project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and stakeholder specifications.
- Maintain accurate financial, contractual, and programmatic documentation to support reporting requirements and organizational accountability.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Perform job-related duties as needed to support the goals and outcomes of the Accelerated Supports project.
