Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our large CM clients to support various Hospital, Healthcare, and Higher Ed projects in Tampa, Florida
About the Role
The Project Manager will coordinate site and office operations as they relate to the completion of the project. This includes estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the master construction schedule; including procurement of contractors and materials, fabrication and manufacturing lead times, field coordination and installation, owner directives, architect directives, delays, field conditions, etc.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Owner, Architect, and consultants.
- Meet at regular intervals with the Owner and Architect for the purpose of reviewing all aspects of the project.
- Keep the client currently advised on the status of the Project Budget & Schedule.
- Be available to the owner and architect to advise and counsel.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years project management experience
- Hospital, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Higher Ed experience
- Tampa specific experience
Preferred Skills
- ACHA or ICRA certification
Pay range and compensation package
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
