Our Client is seeking a contract Retail Executive Analyst for the daily management of merchandising visits from setup through remediation of the final data. This individual will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure their objectives for each visit are met and will create recommendations if objectives are not met.
This position will assist the Sales and Execution Team with creating plans for retailers to improve in stocks, product placement, point of purchase execution, and sales.
This role is remote and open only to candidates who currently reside in one of the following approved locations: New York, NY; Birmingham, AL; Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Blue Ash or Cincinnati, OH; or Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
- Manage retail visits from setup through resolution of out-of-stock issues
- Lead compliance visits and drive remediation of identified gaps
- Analyze merchandising data and build dashboards to share insights with internal partners
- Serve as a retail subject matter expert, providing recommendations to improve execution and reduce costs
- Audit data for accuracy and coordinate corrections with third-party merchandising partners and retailers
- Maintain display planograms and traiting documentation
- Participate in weekly calls with retailers and internal teams to share performance, insights, and visit outcomes
- Track merchandising performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- BS/BA preferred
- 3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or related field
- Hands-on experience with store execution, display compliance, and stock management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and generate insights
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Ability to create presentations and communicate findings effectively
