What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect position at Insight Global?
Projects will be a mix of various maintenance and repair projects. Travel: 10% of the time.
No specific licenses. Registered architect is a Plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for complex architectural projects from initiation to completion
- Develops, bids, and executes construction contracts
- Develops and prepares construction documents
- Performs preliminary design studies and schematic designs
- Performs project administration and construction management
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Prefer a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of applicable plans, specifications and estimates preparation, review, processing, and compliance requirements
- Architectural fundamentals and applications
- Construction drawings and estimating
- Design and plan preparation methods and requirements
- Applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Reviewing plans for accuracy and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Using computers, applicable programs, applications, and systems
Salary : $50 - $70
