- Financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Technical/software development environment experience heavily preferred.
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

- Running Scrum ceremonies.
- Managing stories, epics, and backlog within Jira.
- Partnering with managers, project managers, and development teams.
- Coordinating work across onshore/offshore teams.
