Sr. Technical Product Owner/Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to support a major Salesforce platform upgrade (Salesforce 2.0). This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the product backlog and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and platform modernization.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce (SFDC) technical experience, prior experience acting as a Product Owner, and is comfortable working closely with developers in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce platform initiatives, including a Salesforce 2.0 upgrade
- Own and manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and grooming of user stories
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA to support sprint planning and delivery
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and day‑to‑day collaboration with delivery teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, technical constraints, and long‑term platform strategy
- Support testing, validation, and release readiness for Salesforce enhancements and upgrades
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar agile delivery role
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a technical or delivery capacity
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar) OR equivalent hands‑on technical experience with SFDC
- Experience working with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and participating in sprint ceremonies
- Ability to work effectively with developers and understand technical trade‑offs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
