Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient procurement solutions and support senior management in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Coupa.
- Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.
- Maintains vendor relations by resolving problems with orders.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.
- Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
- Experience in enterprise procurement organizations preferred
