Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of manufacturing experience as a production operator/team leader or maintenance/process technician
Basic understanding of EHS management systems and general safety rules

User of Oracle R12 or similar manufacturing modules
General computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot internal software

Job Description
The Process Technician will support, maintain, and improve the performance of production lines. They will use their technical skills to become a process expert, set up parameters, train operators, conduct trials, maintain tooling, and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
Provide daily process and quality support, investigate issues, and initiate corrective actions.
Select, modify, and maintain tooling and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Maintain process setup documentation to ensure products meet design requirements.
Develop and maintain training documentation and provide operator training.
Support business objectives to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance safety.
Adhere to and promote environmental, health, and safety policies.
Perform assigned routines and tasks initiated by Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
