Location: Saline, MI ($8,000 in relocation support guaranteed)
Compensation: $60/hr - $80/hr (Depends on background & experience)
Structure: Fully Onsite
Duration: 6-12-month contract to hire (High chance for extension or permanent conversion)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This role is focused on leading mechanical operations for a production environment—owning systems like HVAC, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers, while driving uptime, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across the facility. You’d also be managing technician teams, scheduling shifts, and ensuring strong safety and operational standards.
Must-Haves:
We’re looking for someone who has experience leading mechanical teams and keeping critical cooling systems running efficiently in a high-uptime environment. The role does require flexibility to support varied shifts, including nights/weekends when needed.
