Compensation: $54,000–$58,000

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee payroll. This role is responsible for maintaining payroll data integrity, assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with payroll systems in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of payroll experience
- Experience using payroll platforms such as ADP, UKG, or similar systems
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday
- Multi-state payroll and payroll tax knowledge
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot
