Site Safety Professional
Boise, ID | $55-$60/hr | 60-70 Hours/Week | 12M Contract Multi Year Extensions
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Professional to support a large semiconductor construction project in Boise, Idaho. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations while partnering closely with field leadership, contractors, and project teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct jobsite safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action efforts
- Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety requirements
- Support field supervision and contractors with risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver safety training and maintain required documentation
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all phases of construction
Qualifications:
- 5 years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 strongly preferred
- Experience with NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- CHST, CSP, SMS, STSC, or similar certification
- Semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical project experience
