Insight Global is hiring for a Lead Technical Analyst to support enterprise‑wide Oracle Fusion Source‑to‑Pay applications for a large, global organization.
This is a senior technical analyst role focused on Oracle Fusion Purchasing / Source‑to‑Pay, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP purchasing knowledge, strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion, and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Source‑to‑Pay / Purchasing applications used across a global organization
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for purchasing systems — translating business requirements into technical design and development stories
- Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to support ongoing system enhancements and global releases
- Lead configuration, setup, and updates of Oracle Fusion purchasing applications
- Ensure high data quality through strong governance, validation, and data management practices
- Develop complex queries and reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making
- Analyze system performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support recurring Oracle Fusion releases (approximately every 6 months)
- Lead and mentor team members responsible for user training, system access, and application support
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration and support
What We’re Looking For
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- OR 9 years of enterprise application support experience in lieu of a degree
- 6–8 years of experience supporting enterprise‑wide ERP applications
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Source‑to‑Pay / Purchasing (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of corporate purchasing processes (vendor setup, pricing structures, inventory purchasing)
- Experience working with SaaS‑based enterprise systems
- Ability to understand system architecture, data flows, and Oracle Fusion tables
- Experience building and reviewing custom queries and reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience specifically within Sourcing and Purchasing
- Oracle R12 purchasing experience
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other cloud or on‑prem systems
- Experience supporting Agile development and release cycles
- Certifications such as ITIL, Oracle, or Microsoft
- Global ERP rollout or support experience
