Operations Lead | $99/hr (1st) / $102/hr (2nd)

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day MRB workflow, backlog intake, and prioritization
• Coordinate execution across Group A and Group B resources
• Protect throughput and cycle time during backlog surges
• Interface with production and quality leaders to resolve blockers
• Ensure efficient handoffs between support and authority engineers
• Track execution performance and emerging constraints
• Support ramp-up/down of flex capacity and shift coverage
• Maintain execution discipline across 1st and 2nd shifts

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field
• 7 years in manufacturing operations or production support
• Experience in aerospace factory environments
• Strong understanding of MRB / non-conformance workflows
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume settings
• U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete PI training
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
