Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Secretary/Vendor Coordinator to work for a financial services client in the DFW area.
Job duties include:
- Taking and re-routing calls to correct departments (around 50-100 calls a day)
--Greeting guests as they enter the facility
- Administrative duties such as ensuring the break room is clean and kitchen is fully stocked
- Project management for facilities, including ensuring that invoices are paid
- Set up badges and access for new hires/anyone entering building
- Order supplies for the office and other surrounding locations
- Coordinate with property management on any vendors needed for office facility upgrades/fixes
Salary : $18 - $20
