Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm

Must Haves:
- 2-5 years supporting network environments
- 3 years working with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Site24x7, Nagios)
- LAN switching technology (ACI, VXLAN, Fabric Path, Spaning tree, etc.)
- Experience supporting Cisco-based environments (routers, firewalls, wireless, security, WAN/LAN/WLAN)
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Network Support Technician for a Fortune 100 Automotive client to support large-scale plant operations across North America. This individual will play a critical role in deploying and maintaining LAN infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions designed to deliver reliable, high-performance networking environments. The Network Technician will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that support evolving operational needs. This role involves hands-on network configuration, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization within a Cisco-centric environment. It offers strong exposure to enterprise-grade networking technologies and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects.
Salary : $40 - $43
