Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shifts:

  • Thursday-Monday 12pm-8:30am EST
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 4pm - 12:30am EST

Duration: Long term ongoing contract with potential to hire/FTE

Compensation: $22-24hr


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in IT operations, SMC, or production support environments (NOC, Data Center Tech, Help Desk – experience working overnight or off hours shifts!)

Familiarity with:

  • Incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) – ITSM, how to handle outages, understands KPI/SLA/ITIL
  • Monitoring tools and alerting systems
  • Linux and Windows environments
  • Networking fundamentals

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

Salary : $22 - $24
