Title: MuleSoft Integration Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid 1 day/week)
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire.
Start Date: August 17th, 2026
Must-Haves:
- 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience (Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, Anypoint Platform)
- Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 — complex transformations, error handling, streaming
- Experience integrating at least two of: Dynamics 365 F&O, Workday, Salesforce, Procore, or UKG
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity (Experience / Process / System layer architecture)
- Experience with REST/SOAP/OData API design and consumption
- Strong MUnit testing practice — happy path, error scenarios, coverage targets
- Experience with batch processing patterns for high-volume data loads
- Familiarity with enterprise error handling: retry strategies, DLQ, circuit breakers
- Comfort working from Technical Design Documents and translating architecture specs into code
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
Plusses:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) or Integration Architect certification
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O integration experience — OData entities, DMF, batch framework
- Workday integration experience — RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services
- Salesforce integration experience — Platform Events, Bulk API 2.0, Composite API
- ERP implementation or migration project experience
- Experience refactoring legacy SSIS or SQL-based data pipelines into modern integration patterns
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (work item tracking, repos, pipelines)

Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy MuleSoft integrations from approved Technical Design Documents (TDDs), targeting an April 2027 go-live
- Develop API-led connectivity flows in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio following established governance standards and naming conventions
- Implement integrations across a diverse system landscape: D365 F&O (OData/DMF), Workday (RaaS/WS), Salesforce (REST/Bulk/Platform Events), Procore (REST), and UKG
- Write MUnit test suites with >80% code coverage for all integrations
- Perform data mapping and transformation using DataWeave 2.0
- Refactor legacy SSIS packages and SQL jobs into MuleSoft-native patterns where required
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from the Lead Architect and Integration Lead
- Author runbooks and operational documentation for each completed integration
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities
- Contribute to the integration pattern library and share reusable components with the team
Job Summary:
A construction company in the Greater Seattle area is executing a large-scale ERP migration from Viewpoint Vista to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. As the Integration Engineer, you will be a primary builder on the ELEVATE program's integration team — responsible for designing, developing, and deploying MuleSoft flows that connect D365 with Workday, Salesforce CRM/FSL, Procore, UKG, and legacy SSIS pipelines. You will work alongside a Lead Solution Architect and be supported by a structured governance framework, pre-built TDD templates, and a well-defined ADO-based delivery backlog. This is a hands-on build role with high visibility, clear priorities, and direct impact on go-live readiness.
