Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician to support a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN. We are looking for candidates who have experience with hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis. Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the Medical Laboratory Technician provides critical information that supports the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role involves maintaining accurate performance records and applying independent judgment to ensure the generation of reliable and acceptable test results. All tasks are performed in accordance with established standard operating procedures. The technician also contributes to the development and refinement of laboratory procedures and may take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management or the laboratory director.
Evening: 2pm-1030pm
Night: 9p-730a (rotating every 3rd weekend) , 4x10s preferred or 5xs8s
