Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience integrating mechanical, electrical, controls, thermal, and software systems
- Knowledge of motion control, sensor integration, automation, and machine development
- Experience with requirements management, risk analysis, and system validation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, CAE, or similar)
Systems Engineer
- 5 years of experience developing complex mechatronic, robotic, or automation systems
- Experience with system integration, requirements development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Supports architecture development, system analysis, validation, and technical problem solving
Senior Systems Engineer
- 10 years of experience leading development of complex mechatronic or robotic platforms
- Proven experience owning system architecture and driving technical decisions
- Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and leads system-level integration efforts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master's degree or PhD
- Semiconductor equipment experience
- Robotics or advanced automation experience
- CE, SEMI, and RoHS compliance knowledge
- Patent/IP experience
- German and/or French language skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop system requirements, specifications, and machine concepts
- Drive system integration across multiple engineering disciplines
- Evaluate designs through modeling, simulation, and technical analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Ensure subsystem compatibility and system-level performance
- Participate in design reviews and product development activities
- Support compliance, certification, and documentation efforts
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Contribute to innovation and intellectual property development
**Senior-level candidates will additionally provide technical leadership, own system architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and drive platform-level integration strategy.

Compensation:
$130-180k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
