Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in production scheduling, master scheduling, or a related function within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience developing and managing production schedules within an ERP system
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including procurement, quality, and engineering workflows
- Experience with capacity planning and production optimization methodologies (e.g., level loading, scheduling techniques)
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable production plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; experience with scheduling tools is required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and production teams
- Demonstrated ability to track, report, and present production status and performance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
- Experience in a highly regulated or complex manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, or similar industries)
