Insight Global is looking for a customer coordinator to join a premier manufacturing organization in Omaha, NE. The Customer Coordinator role is responsible for the administrative and analytical day-to-day functions of the sales team. This position has primary responsibility to efficiently evaluate open order reports and collaborate with the internal and cross-functional teams to understand changes to production dates and disseminate that information back to the account executives to ensure accurate and timely delivery dates. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Coordination.
Required Skills & Experience
- Customer Service Experience (2-4 years)

Responsibilities:
· Order Facilitation
o Administer the end-to-end order process to ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing to meet customer demand and expectations.
· Purchase Order Management:
o Accurately enter purchase orders into the system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Communicate internally with all cross functional team members with account executives and associate team members to provide updates on delivery dates of components and chemicals.
· Customer Communication:
o Proactively engage with customers regarding on-time and later delivery dates, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the order process.
· Reporting and Analysis:
o Assist with the collection and data required to prepare open order reports for customers to assist with informed decision-making.
· Other Duties:
o Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.
Job Type: 6-month contract to permanent hire opportunity
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM; Hybrid 3 days every 10 business days
Hourly Pay: $23-$28.70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $23 - $29
