REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- College degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, or industrial). Can be 2 year degree experience
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience (electrical and industrial prioritized)
- Know how to design products and understand how machines and wiring work.
- Know how to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with lean manufacturing
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Rail Industry Knowledge (FRA, AAR), low volume manufacturing (100-200 units a year, OEM/bridges/shipbuilding)
-Locomotive Product Knowledge -SAP or other MRP systems experience, currently using LN/Infor
-Lean Six Sigma (green or black belt cert)
-Autocad, Unigraphics/NX*(design), any solid modeling exposure, Siemens team center (ERP integrator to save files, change requests)
-PE stamp (plus)
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
