Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Statistical Programming to join the Biometrics team of a leading biopharmaceutical company. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinical programmer with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in SAS and CDISC standards. You’ll lead programming efforts for clinical studies and regulatory submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead programming support for clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets per CDISC standards.
- Generate tables, listings, and figures for exploratory analyses and publications.
- Create dataset specifications aligned with SDTM IG, ADaM IG, and SAP.
- Design and maintain SAS macros and utility programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatistics, data management, and clinical teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field
✅ 10 years of clinical programming experience in pharma/biotech
✅ Advanced SAS programming skills
✅ Proven experience with CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards
✅ Prior leadership experience managing studies/projects
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
➕ Experience with regulatory submissions
➕ Familiarity with R, S-Plus, WinBugs
➕ Programming experience with VBA, C , Python
➕ Strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Salary : $65 - $75
