- 7 years of experience in marketing manager roll with a strong knowledge of the creative process
- Experience managing the development of production integrated media including TV (Broadcast, CTV), audio (radio, podcasts) digital video (paid social video and online video)
- Work with agency and internal production teams to develop estimates, timelines, and logistics
- Ability to develop briefs to inform and guide internal and external agency partners (copywriting experience)
- Experience being on a production set
- Deliver flawless execution of campaign assets that accurately answer project briefs and abide by brand guidelines
- Provide a strong creative point of view on design and video executions, based on experience, creative best practices, platform best practices and cultural trends.
