Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accountant to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting as we prepare for our next SAP go-live in March. This role pays up to $37.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial tasks, including:
- Reviewing margins and costs
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong background in cost accounting
- Proficiency in general accounting principles and practices
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- 3 years of experience
