Role: Customer Account Partner

6-month contract to hire – Will 100% convert for the right fit

Pay- $21.93

During 4 week training period, M-Thu onsite required and after that M and Fri WFH

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School degree required
• 3 years Customer Service Experience with ideally a dedicated customer portfolio
• Open to backgrounds so could be retail, warehouse, restaurant, etc but need to have good CSR skills, tech savvy because learning systems, and interested in a long-term role with growth, desire to learn!!!
• This person will be building relationships and managing the relationships with customers so handling anything that could come up: New order requests, handling issues, handling questions, etc.

• B2B service management experience

Your job is to ensure that customers have the best possible customer experience while building and maintaining long lasting relationships. We take customer service seriously and this position is essential to the organization's success. This is the perfect role for someone looking to expand their knowledge in chemical distribution and continue to grow and learn within the organization. This role serves as a main customer contact on a day-to-day basis and provides support for oversight of order activities by achieving key deliverables. A successful CAP will be expected to make decisions on behalf of the company in alignment with our financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards. All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company's goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.
