HR & Benefits Administrator | Onsite – Irvine, CA
We’re hiring an experienced HR professional to support employee experience, manage benefits programs, and provide executive-level administrative support to the C-Suite and company as a whole. This is a big growth opportunity looking for a self-starter who is willing and looking to wear many hats and grow with this team.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees (HR questions, benefits, onboarding/offboarding)
- Act as an employee advocate and partner with leadership on HR policies and culture
- Manage health, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits programs
- Work directly with insurance brokers to obtain quotes, compare carriers, analyze costs, and negotiate coverage
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Support executives with travel coordination, calendar management, and administrative needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, or executive support
- Hands-on experience working with benefits vendors and insurance brokers
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail
- Employee-focused, organized, and cost-conscious
Compensation: $75,000-80,000 (plus performance based bonus and benefits)
