Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to step into a high-impact, temporary role supporting a dynamic business unit in Cypress, CA. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, strong executive presence, and a track record of translating people strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, coach managers through complex talent decisions, and ensure continuity of critical HR initiatives throughout the assignment period.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with demonstrated impact in a mid-to-large organization (300 employees).
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior business leaders on complex people and organizational matters.
- Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using workforce data and metrics to inform strategy and measure outcomes.
- High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to build trust quickly in a new environment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or product-driven industry environment.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Prior experience in a temporary or interim HRBP capacity.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Canva, ADP) and comfort pulling and interpreting people analytics.
- Change management certification or demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change.
Pay: $44-$48/hr
