Overview
One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support a prestigious healthcare organization in Portland, OR. The Facilities Technician will provide maintenance and troubleshooting to plumbing fixtures, door hardware, light fixtures, and other facilities equipment for a large academic hospital. This role will handle repair issues escalated from Assistant Facilities Technicians across the campus. Reporting into the Healthcare Facilities Supervisor, this technician will be asked to perform whatever maintenance duties arise to keep the hospital running properly and compliant with DNV and CMS regulations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-4 years related mechanical/building maintenance experience in a critical environment.
- LME/LBME certification preferred
- Refrigerant License preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
