Global Program Manager (GPM)
We’re looking for an experienced Global Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end program execution—partnering closely with internal teams, executive leadership, and external clients—to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and continued program success.
You’ll own program strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while serving as a key liaison between global stakeholders, including our Taiwan headquarters and international partners.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to build and execute integrated project plans aligned with overall program strategy
- Drive alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across global teams
- Manage day-to-day program operations to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for Taiwan HQ and external clients; lead meetings and proactively resolve issues
- Provide regular program updates to executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities
- Anticipate potential delays and develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans
- Lead risk management, scenario planning, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support annual WPT goals and contribute to Global Product Strategy initiatives
- Document decisions, action items, and outcomes from project and ad hoc meetings
- Collaborate with external partners and alliances to ensure successful program outcomes
- Travel regularly to the Guadalajara site and other international locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred
- 7–10 years of program or project management experience in a global, cross-functional environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (required for client interaction)
- Experience in high-tech contract manufacturing strongly preferred
- Management consulting background highly desirable
- At least 5 years of experience working with or within corporate procurement functions
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling executive-level narratives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexibility to work across time zones
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%, including regular visits to Guadalajara
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
