Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst – Finance & Accounting
- Location: Onsite required in Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, or Columbus, OH May consider Southern California for the right candidate
- Employment Type: Full-time, W2 only (no sponsorship available)
- Compensation Estimated range: $120,000–$140,000 base (Final compensation dependent on experience)
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP
- Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting modules within Oracle Fusion
- Prior experience as an Accountant or CPA (highly valued and strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be onsite in one of the approved locations
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis without sponsorship
About the Role:
We are seeking a functional Oracle ERP Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion, specifically within finance and accounting modules. This role is ideal for someone who blends hands-on Oracle Fusion experience with a true accounting background — prior experience as an Accountant or CPA is a major differentiator and what makes this role uniquely impactful.
While technical capability is important, soft skills and mindset matter most. The ideal candidate is self-driven, communicative, and eager to learn. This team will prioritize a collaborative, business-minded partner over a heads-down technical expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and improve finance and accounting processes within Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
- Act as a functional SME, translating business needs into Oracle Fusion solutions while collaborating closely with technical teams
- Support the full solution delivery lifecycle, including requirements definition, functional specifications, testing, and deployment
- Create and maintain system architecture, data flows, and functional documentation in partnership with domain architects and technology teams
- Participate in change management, training, and knowledge transfer for end users and IT partners
- Support existing Oracle Fusion solutions through ongoing business engagement, enhancements, and issue resolution
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
