Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and organizing loan-related documentation while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities
- Review and process loan and mortgage-related documents
- Research and identify discrepancies within files and documentation
- Ensure documents meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files
- Support document imaging, file preparation, and administrative processes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve documentation issues
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a high-volume environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative, document review, or operations environment
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a production-based setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services
- Document review, analyst, quality assurance, or compliance experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
