This individual will help lead the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and support the creation of financial statements and reporting. They will analyze financial data, assist with forecasting initiatives, support internal and external audits, and help improve accounting processes and controls. This role also partners closely with teams throughout the organization, making strong communication and collaboration skills essential for success.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3 years of related accounting experience
• Strong experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and account reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
