JOB DESCRIPTION
The Financial Systems Support Manager will own the day‑to‑day support of Oracle EBS Financials across our clients global brands. This role manages incidents, service requests, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution within SLA. Responsibilities include reviewing technical solutions, performing impact analysis, presenting changes to the Change Review Board, and overseeing third‑party support providers. The role partners closely with brand finance leaders to prioritize work, address recurring issues through root cause analysis, and drive proactive remediation. Approximately 60% of the role is operational support with 30–40% focused on projects and enhancements, including potential future initiatives such as EBS upgrades, treasury systems, and supplier management platforms. This position also provides leadership to a small internal team and offshore contractors, ensuring smooth accounting period close and stable system performance across all brands.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 7–10 years of Oracle EBS Financials experience
- Strong expertise in GL and AP (PO preferred; AR, FA, CE a plus)
- Experience supporting global, multi‑currency environments
- Hands‑on experience with incident management, change requests, and production support
- Ability to perform code reviews and oversee solution quality
- Strong communication and presentation skills supporting global brands

- Prior people management or team lead experience (1–2 FTEs)
