Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Finance Analyst to serve as the on‑site financial partner for a high‑volume manufacturing operation. This role is deeply embedded in day‑to‑day production activity—working directly with operations leaders, spending time on the floor, and building a real understanding of how labor, materials, throughput, and process decisions drive financial results. The analyst will own forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, variance analysis, and management reporting, providing clear insights, early warning signals, and data‑driven recommendations that improve performance. As a newly created position, this individual will help build out the finance function at the site, establish credibility across operations, and act as the primary link between local leadership, corporate accounting, and the broader FP&A organization.
