A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Project Manager to come onboard! This individual will be responsible for leading complex, enterprise-level programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The role involves managing program execution from inception through delivery, overseeing governance, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams. This team specifically works on their Revenue Systems projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple enterprise-level IT programs and their associated projects simultaneously
- Coordinate project interdependencies across initiatives such as CPE installs, staging processes, and managed services efforts
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and success metrics
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues while ensuring governance controls are adhered to
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
- Allocate and optimize resources across programs to ensure efficient delivery
- Manage budgets, track financials, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level presentations
