The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong experience in cash management, P&L oversight, balance sheet management, forecasting, automating processes, and financial reporting. This individual will work closely with the CEO, participate in leadership meetings, and ensure the financial health and transparency of the organization. This individual will have 2-3 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day‑to‑day financial operations, including cash management, general accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of 2–3 finance and accounting professionals.
- Prepare, analyze, and present P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to executive leadership.
- Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Participate actively in leadership and operational meetings, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Work with auditors during internal and external audit cycles.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Leverage systems such as Salesforce or QuickBooks to maintain accurate and efficient financial records.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
