Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of their financial services clients in New York City. The individual will be a part of the facilities team and will require strong problem-solving skills, client-facing professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Facilities Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facilities-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintain a professional service-oriented approach. This is a fully onsite role in NYC requiring a working shift from 10am-7pm.

Day to Day responsibilities

•Manage the facilities mailbox and route tickets to appropriate teams.

•Coordinate and track requests for office maintenance and support services.

•Liaise with internal and external vendors to address facilities issues/repairs.

•Monitor and adjust building and office temperatures.

•Support facility operations by administering building access, processing COIs, and printing new badges.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing inquiries related to facilities.

•Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.

•Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facilities-related activities.

•Support operations for all US locations.
