FAB Planner

Our large semiconductor client is looking for a FAB Capacity & Demand Planner in Breinigsville, PA. They need someone who can step in and contribute immediately in a high-volume semiconductor fab environment. The role requires owning end-to-end fab planning for wafer production, partnering closely with marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure demand is aligned with factory capacity. This person be responsible for collecting demand inputs, modeling capacity, optimizing production flow, and ensuring wafers move efficiently through the fab. This is a highly cross-functional role supporting a mission-critical optical semiconductor manufacturing site with a strong focus on throughput, optimization, and real-time decision making. This is a full-time role 5 days a week onsite in Breinigsville, PA. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-6 years of professional planning experience

• Hands-on semiconductor fab experience

• Strong understanding of factory flow, demand planning, and capacity modeling

• Experience working across cross-functional teams (ops, engineering, marketing)

• Ability to measure, analyze, and optimize production performance

• High ownership / strong work ethic

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Programming/automation background (SQL, Python)
