Insight Global is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a highly accomplished and intellectually driven Executive Director. The Executive operates on a non-traditional schedule, hitting peak productivity in the evenings and working with high-profile individuals who have demanding and ever-changing calendars. This role is perfect for someone who loves complex calendars, high-stakes coordination, and partnering closely with a visionary leader.
Day-to-Day:
- Own and manage an extremely complex executive calendar with shifting priorities
- Act as a scheduling ambassador with senior leaders, public figures, and external partners
- Proactively plan meetings and commitments 3–4 weeks in advance
- Rapidly reschedule meetings as priorities change, maintaining strong relationships
- Keep the executive grounded and on track amid constant distractions and demands
- Take detailed notes during meetings, podcasts, and conversations; track action items
- Support logistics for events, podcasts, and external engagements
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve scheduling and communication challenges
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Senior-level Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or Executive Director–level leaders
- Expert-level calendaring skills (complex, multi-time-zone calendars; 3–4 weeks out)
- Proven ability to manage frequent reschedules with high-profile stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and note-taking skills (meeting capture, follow-ups, action items)
- Extremely flexible and reliable with availability outside standard business hours
- Calm, grounding presence with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills; polished and professional “ambassador” demeanor
- Ability to work independently and keep pace with a fast-moving, highly intellectual executive
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting neurodivergent executives
- Background in event planning or managing high-stakes, high-stress schedules
- Comfort working with government, congressional, or similarly high-profile individuals
- Interest or exposure to science, technology, medicine, or cutting-edge research fields
- Experience acting as a gatekeeper and prioritization partner for executives with heavy inbound demand
Pay $45-50 depending on experience and skill
Schedule: 12pm - 9pm
