Dwello Mortgage Advisors is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to serve as the right hand to the Founder. You will play a critical role in supporting both business and personal operations—managing a complex calendar, coordinating communication, assisting with projects and events, and ensuring priorities stay on track. This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

This is a hybrid role based in Asheville, NC, with a mix of remote and in-person support, and occasional flexibility for evenings or events. It’s a unique opportunity to work closely with a respected industry leader and be part of a high-performing, growth-focused team.
Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a high-volume business and personal calendar
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
- Support client, partner, and internal team communications and follow-up
- Assist with project coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help plan and execute events, client experiences, and team functions
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of client gifts and materials
- Capture and organize basic content for social media (photo/video)
- Assist with expense tracking, basic financial review, and organization
- Handle occasional personal errands and household coordination tasks
- Troubleshoot basic technology needs and support operational efficiency
- Conduct research and help solve problems quickly and effectively
- Provide regular updates on priorities, tasks, and progress
Qualifications:
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through on multiple responsibilities
- Highly proactive and resourceful—able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom, and general comfort with learning new systems
- Experience with basic financial tracking or tools (e.g., QuickBooks or expense management) preferred
- Comfortable supporting both business and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a “no job too small” attitude
- Reliable transportation and willingness to assist with occasional in-person needs or errands
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekend events
