Equipment Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level Equipment Engineer (Korean Bilingual) to join a growing manufacturing engineering team within a large-scale advanced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience supporting automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Working alongside senior engineers, maintenance technicians, and manufacturing personnel, you will assist with the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise while supporting critical manufacturing operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the installation, startup, and qualification of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying root causes of failures.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support process improvement and equipment optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Review and update equipment documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance records.
• Assist with equipment modifications, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
