Enterprise Architect – AI, Automation & Workflow
We are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to define and drive architecture for AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration. This role operates across strategy, architecture, and engineering, translating business objectives into scalable, modular, and governed solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
Job Description
- Define architectural vision for large, complex technology capabilities across application, data, integration, and automation domains
- Design AI-enabled workflows, orchestration patterns, and deterministic automation frameworks across systems and teams
- Translate business and transformation goals into scalable architecture, implementation pathways, and reusable design patterns
- Evaluate system dependencies, integrations, and tradeoffs to ensure long-term scalability and performance
- Lead solution design discussions and guide stakeholders from high-level concepts to production-ready architectures
- Define and enforce non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and observability
- Establish reusable frameworks, standards, and templates to drive consistency and speed across teams
- Partner with architecture, engineering, product, and operations teams to align on design, feasibility, and execution
- Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
- Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and design oversight to engineers and junior architects
Required Skills
- Strong experience in enterprise or solution architecture in large, complex environments
- Experience designing AI-enabled solutions, workflow orchestration, and automation systems
- Deep understanding of system design, integrations, dependencies, and architecture tradeoffs
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- Experience working across multiple domains (application, data, integration, automation)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture standards, governance, and security frameworks
- Experience defining non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance, resiliency)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence technical direction
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
