Job Description
The Assembler is a skilled manufacturing professional who works with minimal supervision to assemble, test, inspect, and rework Crane Aerospace & Electronics products in accordance with military and other applicable standards.
This role includes preparing and inspecting components, operating production equipment, interpreting drawings and work instructions, and ensuring product quality through visual and dimensional inspection. The Assembler partners across the value stream to resolve quality issues, support production priorities, complete required documentation, and participate in safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility to cross‑train, support audits, maintain inventory accuracy, and work overtime as needed is required.
Compensation:
Up to $59,500 Base Salary
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
