Overview
Our client is seeking two Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support the assembly of semiconductor and power conversion equipment. This role involves precision component-level assembly, reading technical drawings, soldering, and working in a cleanroom environment.
Must-Have Experience
- 3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Component-level assembly with very small parts
- Experience using hand tools such as tweezers, small pliers, etc.
- Comfortable working under a microscope/scope (about 50% of the role)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Hand soldering experience
- Comfortable working in an ISO 7 cleanroom (gown and hairnet required)
- Able to work 1st shift initially and transition to 2nd shift after 9-12 months
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous cleanroom experience
- Experience working 2nd or 3rd shift schedules
- SAP experience
- IPC Level I Soldering Certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform precision electro-mechanical assembly on small components
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and drawings
- Use microscopes and specialized hand tools during assembly
- Complete hand soldering tasks
- Work in both standard production and ISO 7 cleanroom environments
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet quality standards
Salary : $22 - $25
