Dispatcher

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for executing daily dispatch operations, including order scheduling, driver coordination, and delivery management, while ensuring high customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include The Following:

• Take customer orders, schedule deliveries, and dispatch drivers.

• Maintain accurate and timely order entry.

• Monitor delivery execution and adjust schedules.

• Coordinate with plants, drivers, and internal teams.

• Monitor external factors to optimize routing.

• Resolve transportation conflicts and customer issues.

• Maintain communication with stakeholders.

• Apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges.

• Handle high call volumes professionally.

• Follow company safety policies.

• Perform other duties as required.

Must Haves:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• 1–3 years of dispatch or logistics experience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
