This team is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of the company's third-party operational partners. The Director of Operations with oversee a program involving 35-40 internal employees. On a daily basis, they will be responsible for the management and operational process involving internal and external teams. They will be responsible for service quality, managing budgets and cost efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulation as well as enforcing contract requirements. Required Skills & Experience 10 years experience in the logistics industry 5 years experience in a supervisory role Experience working for a Freight Broker, Freight Forwarder, or 3PL Experience procuring and managing carrier relationships Experience with Logistics services such as: Open Deck, Drayage, Heavy Haul, Etc.
