Overview
The Director of Consumer Growth will own the global commercial success of the clients broadband offering. This leader will define where, how, and at what price our client grows worldwide—balancing aggressive subscriber expansion with sustainable economics across vastly different global markets.
This role operates as the general manager of the global consumer broadband business, leading strategy, execution, and outcomes across pricing, packaging, market entry, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global consumer growth strategy, including pricing, packaging, promotions, and subscription models tailored by region
- Define differentiated approaches for core markets vs. emerging/acquisition markets
- Lead global expansion by designing region-specific models (e.g., pay‑as‑you‑go, leasing vs. hardware sales, subsidies, partnerships)
- Partner closely with Engineering to translate market strategy into buildable, scalable products
- Drive disciplined growth across priority regions (Americas, APAC, Africa, Australia)
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed leadership team
- Own forecasting, demand planning, cost discipline, and overall consumer P&L health
- Communicate regularly with senior executives through clear written narratives and executive-ready presentations
