What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Transformation Consultant position at Insight Global?
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to support connected fleet and enterprise digital initiatives. This consultant will lead business discovery, solution ideation, process redesign, business architecture, and roadmap development for capabilities involving telematics, fleet maintenance, customer experience, operational data, predictive maintenance, and enterprise integration. The role requires a senior business/IT consultant who can work across business operations, data, product, architecture, engineering, and executive stakeholders. The consultant will define future-state capabilities, process models, data product requirements, business-level data contracts, solution concepts, and implementation roadmaps.
Desired Skillset:
10–15 years of experience in digital transformation, business architecture, business process redesign, enterprise solution planning, or management consulting.
Transportation, logistics, fleet, IoT, telematics, predictive maintenance, or connected asset experience is highly preferred.
This is not a traditional project manager role. This is a senior advisor who can bridge strategy and execution using a holistic people-process-data-technology approach.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $90/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
